Santa Monica To Regulate Use Of Public Parks For Fitness Classes
By danikasugi, 15.10.2013, 02:40

Think training modalities of Max Workouts the aggressive, sweaty, heart-pounding persuasion. Traditionally, we think of MetCon circuits - two to three resistance exercises done in sequence with little to no break in between. Tabata - the name of a particular type of workout program that provides similar health benefits to that of cardio workouts, but Tabata has a bit more spice. Instead of hours upon hours or exercise, Tabata can be completed in 4 minutes. Tabata falls under the category of high intensity training or high intensity interval training.

Fitness Tracker Book Changes Company Name to Tracker Book

Trainers insisted they be allowed to continue using the space, while some residents said that protecting the park was paramount. The city estimated that in a single week in October 2012, 73 group fitness classes and 74 private classes were held in Palisades Park. At the council meeting, members were split about whether to allow training at the park, and eventually reached a compromise that would prohibit training there on Sundays. Trainers will also have to pay an annual fee in the thousands of dollars to run their classes and will be charged 50% more if they wish to operate in Palisades Park.

The company has also changed its website domain to coincide with the company name change. The new website is http://www.trackerbook.net . Explains company founder and owner Mark Walters: The name Fitness Tracker Book served the company well for the first year, but now that we are working to diversify the product line, we decided to drop the Fitness from the company name to simply Tracker Book. The debut of Fitness Tracker 2013-14 Exercise Log in November 2012 was followed soon by the companys second product, Project Tracker 2013-14 Time Log & Goal Setter , a month later in December 2012. The companys diversifying product line continues with a third product offering, Money Tracker 2-Year Budget & Finance Log, slated for release in early December 2013.
